Day 1
After a pick-up from home, we make our way to Fishguard for our crossing over by StenaLine ferry to Rosslare.
We then continue our journey to County Wexford for our overnight stay.
Day 2
After breakfast, we depart the Hotel and make our way to The Old Ground Hotel where we will check-in for our 4 night stay.

This morning we make our way to Kilrush Marina where we set sail on the 20-minute ferry to the tranquil Scattery Island.
Uninhabited for over fifty years, the Island is framed within the calm waters of the Shannon Estuary, an incredible location that has been the backdrop to Irish myths for centuries.
Traverse ancient ruins, and take in the wealth of historic sites, including five churches, a cathedral, a magnificent round tower and the homes of the Island's previous inhabitants. Hear tales of the Vikings, monks and pirates that have called this truly unique place home during an exclusive Q&A with the owner.
Day 4
Journey along the shores of Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way, guided by a local expert.
First we stop at the world-renowned Cliffs of Moher, where you can view Europ's breath-taking western frontier and enjoy the spectacular vistas dotted with puffins, penguins and even the odd dolphin.
Moving north, the next stop is the charming village of Doolin, home of traditional Irish music.
On to the Burren, where cool grey rock etched with crevices and cracks tumbles down to the Atlantic Ocean. The vast lunar-like landscape is thought to have inspired the setting for 'Middle Earth' in J.R.R Tolkein's Lord of The Rings.
Day 5
Built in 1425 and set in 26 acres of Clare countryside, Bunratty Castle is the most complete and authentic medieval castle in Ireland. Look through a window into Ireland's past as you wander the vast treasure trove of rich tapestries and historic artefacts, many over 400 years old.
Take in the sights, sounds and smells of 19th century rural life in the enchanting folk park, complete with farmhouses, working shops, a post office and school.
Drink in a vivid cocktail of colours in the Regency Walled Garden, meet baby lambs, rabbits and ducks at Pa's Pet Farm, or enjoy a pint of stout in McNamara and Son's traditional Irish pub during this delightful drive into Irish heritage.
Day 6
We say our goodbyes to the Old Ground Hotel, checking out after breakfast, where we make our way to our overnight Hotel in County Wexford.
Day 7
This morning is an early start, where we depart the Hotel and head to Rosslare for our crossing over to Fishguard with StenaLine ferry.
We then continue our journey home, making comfort stops and a suitable lunch stop en-route, arriving back in East Sussex this evening.
