A day out to Exhibition Road, London where you can find a choice of museums that are free to enter.
Join us on a day trip to the London Museums on Exhibition Road.
The Natural History Museum: Home to life and earth science specimens. Given the age of the institution, many of the collections have great historical as well as scientific value, such as specimens collected by Darwin. The museum is particularly famous for its exhibition of dinosaur skeletons, and ornate architecture sometimes dubbed a cathedral of nature both exemplified by the large Diplodocus cast which dominates the vaulted central hall.
The Science Museum: The most visited science and technology museum in Europe. There are over 15,000 objects on display, including world-famous objects such as the Apollo 10 command capsule and Stephensons Rocket.
The Victoria & Albert Museum: One of the world's greatest museums of art and design. Enjoy approximately 4 hours at leisure to explore their collections of ceramics, metalwork, photography, glass, furniture, architecture, painting, textile, sculpture, jewellery, prints & fashion.
As these museums are free to enter, you are paying for coach only. There may be a visiting exhibition within a museum that has a charge, any such charges are NOT included.
