There are four on foot zones waiting to be explored, where visitors can meet big cats and small cats in Carnivore Territory, marvel at the monkeys, lemurs and western lowland gorillas in the Primate Trail, grab a snack or board a safari truck at Basecamp and say hi to the meerkats in the Discovery Zone.

 

 

In the reserve

Put your best walking shoes on! Wander the paths and wooded walkways to discover gorillas, big cats, rhinos, monkeys and more dotted around the ancient parkland. Step into a land that time forgot at Dinosaur Forest and relax and unwind at our variety of restaurants.

 

On Safari

Enjoy a trip to the South American, Asian and African experiences to visit Kent's only spectacled bears, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, camels and more - all wandering freely on the Kentish savannah! Please note that the Safari truck is not included in your ticket.

 

 

Dinosaur Forest

As you journey through three acres of natural woodland, you’ll discover amazing facts and information about the prehistoric world.  Become a Palaeontologist, as you dig for fossils and don’t forget to visit the gift shop to take home a souvenir of your adventure into the forest that time forgot!

• Depart last pick-up point at 10:00am, making our way to Port Lympne

• Arrive approximately 10:45am, departing approximately 16:15pm for our return journey home

Additional Information

• The terrain is generally flat tarmac paths with a few gentle slopes.

• The park is bisected by a relatively steep slope.  Help is available for wheelchair users - please ask a member of staff.

• There is a slight slope into the gatehouse at the entrance to the park.

• The majority of the park is accessible via ramped or level access.

• Disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are available throughout the park

• Assistance dogs are not permitted in the park.

• Wheelchairs are available to hire from the Gatehouse, your car keys or other item of value will be securely held as a deposit for the duration of your visit. There are a limited number of wheelchairs for hire and these are not motorised. Call in advance to pre book a wheelchair on 01303 264647.
