At LJ Edwards, we value our loyal travellers — and our Loyalty Rewards Programme is our way of giving something back.

Whenever you book a holiday or day trip with us, you'll collect points based on the value of your booking. These points can then be used to save money on future trips, whether online or over the phone.

 

How It Works

• Earn 1 point for every £1 spent on your bookings - This includes fares, accommodation, and any additional items (excluding insurance, cancellation charges and gift voucher redemption).

• Redeem your points once your trip has taken place - Points become available after you’ve travelled — they’ll show as "pending" until then.

• Every 100 points = £1.00 off your next trip - You can use your points to reduce your balance or cover the full cost (if you have enough saved up).

• Holiday and day trip bookings

• Extras and general items

• Online bookings (via our website)

 

How to Join

Our Loyalty Rewards Programme launched in summer 2025.

 

If you booked your first trip with us on or after 7th July 2025, you’ll have been automatically enrolled and will start earning points straight away. If you’ve travelled with us before that date, you’ll need to call us to join. We’ll register you and issue your unique membership number so you can start collecting points too.

 

Do My Points Expire?

No – your points do not expire, so you can save them up for a special getaway or use them as you go.

 

Tracking Your Points

Points are automatically added to your account when you book with us. If you’d like to check your balance at any time, just contact the office — we’ll be happy to help.

 

Combine with Other Offers

Our Loyalty Rewards Programme can be used alongside selected discounts and promotions, including our Bring a Friend scheme (details available separately).
